I’m Seth Tanner, founder of the company in 2014. Whether it’s building for residential owners or serving as a licensed general contractor on high-performance projects, I take pride in precision in all we do.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to the construction of many beautiful buildings across the country. I love traveling throughout North America to partner with visionaries pushing the sustainable-design envelope. I literally grew up in a “sandbox” making and doing things. I now enjoy being on the job tackling unique and challenging projects in a team approach. I understand and have deep experience implementing pioneering, extremely difficult, and arduous projects. I respect the construction process from the vison of the client to the planning efforts of the architect to the general contractor and subcontractor to the individual craftsperson’s task. In the end, I have fun completing the actual project and providing leadership to do so.
